   Yes! Every product we create is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.

~ What does “vegan” mean in your products?

   It means that none of our products contain animal-derived ingredients, such as beeswax, lanolin, or carmine.

   Our formulas are designed with gentle, skin-friendly ingredients, but we always recommend patch testing first if you have sensitivities.

~ Where are your products made?  

   Our products are lovingly crafted in Missouri. We work with trusted suppliers who share our ethical values.

~ Is your packaging eco-friendly?  

   Yes, we prioritize sustainable materials as much as we can. 

~ Are your ingredients ethically sourced?  

   Yes, we carefully select ingredients from suppliers who uphold fair trade and ethical sourcing standards.

   Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

~ What’s your return policy? 

   We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please email us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Check our Returns page for more details.

 ~ How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days and delivery times depend on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  Perfume should always be stored away from light and heat. On the dresser that is away from a window or in the closet is more suitable than in the bathroom.

~ Can I layer Scents?

    Yes, we love animals. Nothing at Élevée is tested on animals. 

 ~Are your products safe during pregnancy?

    While our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients, we recommend consulting your doctor before using any new product during pregnancy.
